blahblahmorning
2 Feb 2003 10:58 amwoke up from a dream that partially involved my cousins and my great grandmother greatly concerned that i couldn't remember my great grandmothers' maiden names. or rather, i couldn't remember two out of the four. (a bit more reflection provided the answers: hodgson, ennis, morgan, and novinski.) which are, in order, british, polish jew, probably at one point british, and polish catholic. the back of wax's neck is ticklish. and finland has laws against hyphenated last names. for breakfast consumed the last of the ham and the last of the flatbread, after the last of the granola and yogurt last night. wax used my new cup (bowl, more like) of tea as a plate because she is wicked, tricksy, and false, with the result that the bottom of the bread was 'a bit damp.' rsssrfrrsr, as johnny castaway would say. then i took a picture of her with dirty hair, and tickled her nose and blew on her ear, and now i'd say we're even. that ear-blowing is really unpleasant, yo.

Date: 2 Feb 2003 03:59 am (UTC)anyway. there was an interview about-- shit, someone just broke a bottle. this place will reek of beer all day, then. bugger. what was I saying? interview! about the names, and this guy said, 'well, if you get married and you both take the name Smith-Wesson, and then your child gets married and then her children's names could be Smith-Wesson-Parker-Bowles! And that's just not acceptable.'
I thought that was a pretty lame excuse for a law, but what can you do.
