cimorenewell, THAT was fun. am still shaking from coming off the adrenaline high.
five till time to take lilly to school: i'm getting dressed! on schedule!
time: where are my socks?
one minute past: where are the KEYS?
ten minutes past: there are no spares on the spare rack.
twenty minutes past: my keys weren't taken to finland and are in my purse. my purse is nowhere in evidence. lillian gets dad's voicemail. not that he could help.
thirty minutes past: find a set of spares in the place i have already looked three times, drive lillian to school. return.
and now i'm all set to install things--limewire, opera, printer--on the new family computer, and i can't get it to start, and i couldn't even FIND dad's work number without checking my email archives--
EEK! okay. breathing. breathing.
