edit: friends page now matches the entries page. whoot!

i used plain and simple and mostly rewrote the code from scratch with two tables, the top 100% and the bottom (with the entries) 80%. removed the style sheets. it's very simple html. but i think you can make a style public. i just don't know how to do that.
