only not a real bunny exactly, because it was just a sort of MUST WRITE THIS imperative, without any sort of plot, right? well,

...he not only has a kid, but is engaged for sure and maybe MARRIED?
i call that EXTREMELY ANNOYING. i hate when canon gets in the way of a bunny! >.< does the 'write this' imperative go away? no! can i just write an unhappy ending or a non-serious fling? no! (we're talking about ME, here.) can i just steal the plot from myself?

well, really. how dare he? NOW what am i supposed to do, engage in comical contortions of implausible possibilities to explain how he's not really serious?* or was just forced into an engagement to save her from some unpleasant situation, in shades of 19th century romance novels?
