did i point out that i have the babylon 5 theme music? and SPOCK. mmyes. also, on a less 'mm' and more 'bwahahah' note:

'in prison, no one cares if you're gay.'

(from the nazi episode, where shatner can't stop playing kirk in a 'spank me!' manner.)

there's always a nazi episode. there's a nazi ep of the professionals. what isn't there a nazi ep of? there's even one of Angel. although they're demon nazis, but I think it counts. jackboots and everything.

There's also a Nazi ep. of Voyager, because how could they help themselves? And there's one of Boy Meets World. Eric is hilarious in it. And there's Triangle, that episode of the X-Files where they're all on that crazy Nazi boat.

Good times.

how could I forget Triangle! I loved that ep. Scully was just sizzlin'. I was going to say, so was Krycek, but that was a story, wasn't it. heh.

That was a story, but confusing canon and fanon is the best thing in the whole world. YEA!

dude, there is a nazi episode of EVERY fucking star trek series, not to mention a trapped in the shuttlecraft ep, a wrecked shuttlecraft ep, a drunk ep, a five minutes/one hour/one day to live ep, an everyone is getting very old ep, a morally-ambiguous godlike being ep.

tng started the proud tradition of cannibalizing plots from tos, ie, their own historical canon, because they could no longer afford to hire big name sf writers to write episodes--and none of them wanted to do it because they weren't cool anymore, like they were back when harlan ellison and fred pohl were writing for tos. they try to explain it away by saying they consult the original enterprise logs for 'reference' (what a surprise! captain kirk ALSO encountered a slime monster--and HE defeated it by drowning it in beer!*) (*i made that example up.)

::hides soapbox:: er, carry on.

Hee.

But Oh! The posisbilities...

"Get me more ale, Scotty. I've almost... killed it... dead," Captain Kirk said, his yellow Star Fleet tunic drenched in sweat and alcohol and ripped strategically across his chest.

"You're mad Jim," McCoy shouted, "beer won't kill it, you need a salt based liquid!"

"Logically, anything of overwhelming taste and complex structure should destroy it," Spock interjected.

Dr. McCoy glared at him. "Nobody asked you," he said.

"I merely--" Spock started to say, but then Scotty returned with the Guinness and all eyes were back on their Captain as he singlehandedly saved Beautiful Native Woman #34 from this week's Space Monster of Doom.

"His pecks sure look nice under all that grime," McCoy said.

Spock nodded. James Tiberius Kirk at least one thing they could always agree on.

I'm on crack.

There's a Nazi ep of Red Dwarf. I caught it on UKGold the other night. 'Meltdown'.

definitely counts. i don't think there is a nazi ep of farscape, but they're rebels fighting an evil fascist kind of government, so maybe they don't need one.

This explains a lot about why Star Trek used to make me feel funny down there when I was 9 or 10.
