i tipped over the mug of water i heated for tea and poured hot water (not boiled, thank god, only heated for 1 min 20 seconds) over my hand. it's like a mild-to-bad sunburn, not turning red, just feeling sort of... on fire, on the back of my hand a bit and a bit on the palm.
