bad website layouts

cimoreneomg, this website HURTS MY EYES so bad.
dear me,
when you start getting the urge to make a white, shocking yellow, and neon ice blue layout in black... shoot yourself. especially if you want to do it in twelve point times new roman with no indents.

p.s: all-graphic backgrounds? not so good either. (hint to those who use them: the text and the background won't always line up and people like me will either copy and paste to a word file or run away, screaming, 'my eyes!!!1')
