It's possible that it fermented (happened to me once). Either way, you will probably want to get some fresher juice :)

100% juice with no additives will spoil in about a week, I think. Well, the cartons usually say five days, but they're always on the supersafe side, right. But, like, it won't spoil like milk, to something dangerously nasty. Just go sour or ferment.

yeah, i didn't want grapefruit wine so i threw it out and drank... nothing instead. ahahah. but i did eat a salad.
