one long, good slow fuck of a story. ::shiver:: the focus is sex and a ritual which is difficult for both of them, but it's so much more. for one thing, it's totally smooth and free of mechanical flaws in the writing. for another, it's smoothly written, long and flowing and sweetly tense all the way through, drawn out and drawn out and eased occasionally, only rarely inappropriately. it's romantic, aching. and it's enjoyable all the way through. left me boneless and sated. a really nice read.
