11 Oct 2003 07:09 pmcimorenegirl with a pearl earring is scheduled for general u.s. release december 25th. there's a movie poster and scarlett johnasson DOES look like the painting in it. i'm amazed. check it out on tracy chevalier's website, with her extremely positive comments on the film.
