I keep looking for Episode III pics but haven't found any. Bah.

i keep looking for info on ewan and liam's working relationship. out of curiosity. okay, to be honest i just started looking.

but there's this great picture i've already lost of them on the set in front of a blue background walking. ewan's striding, and his bodylanguage is like SEXSEX and the cloak billows around him. and liam is like... his feet are close to each other; his face and his posture are closed. maybe he's just thinking really hard, or something, but the picture seems so telling at first glance, like ewan's a million times more self-confident and whatnot. i keep seeing snips where he's like 'i'm just waiting to drop my jedi pants and whip out my REAL lightsaber.' and 'i'm naked in every movie. it's in my contracts.' and he's 'proud of his body' and blahblah and 'someone said i had a handsome body. that was nice of them.' i don't know. but it makes me sort of wistful.

how many of your icons are of star wars, anyway? 25? ;)

*counts* Five so far. If you count pictures of Liam and Ewan, it's seven. Still not as many as the LotR icons, but it's catching up.

I'd be really interested to hear what their working relationship was like too. I wonder if they sat around and complained about their lines, or made jokes about the Master/Padawan relationship, or what.

And yes, Ewan, we're all waiting for you to drop your Jedi pants too.

yeah, i'd like to believe they were friends. but in the coupla interviews i read with each of them, the only way they mentioned each other was that liam said ewan was excited about sw or something like that, and ewan said a lot of his ep i acting was 'a character in development' ie not doing anything but standing behind liam's shoulder.

i wanna slaaaash them.

i mean, the wistful ideas i get from the contrast of ewan's, like, 'yaysex' attitude--much like a slasher's--as opposed to liam's reserve and lesser self-confidence. i sort of imagine, sadly, that they weren't really friends, and maybe liam felt bad about it. or inferior or something sad and wisful--i want to make it sad, and wistful, and then fix it.

if only i could remember the snippet that was in my head when i woke up.
