no - that's okay. All are fandoms I don't really read anything in, though of course I'm familiar with the source material. (Actually I don't really read a lot of anything at the moment, basically just stuff that's recced on my friendslist)

I have to say I'm very much in agreement with Bertie on this point: There are few things more attractive to the susceptible Wooster heart than the sight of a gentleman's personal gentleman in his shirtsleeves. guh.

yeah. shirtsleeves, on men with any sort of arms whatsoever--esp. the variety revealed when he VERY unusually removes his outer jacket. and the thing about blue eyes, yep, was one of this cim's melting-points.

just... EXCEPTIONALLY good.

i'm even willing to buy the first time having been precipitated in that manner, for the sake of argument--perhaps you can say bertie just leaves the familiarity out of things published for public consumption or something, cause that scene iwth the laughing int he kitchen at first struck me as very off. but the rest is so very worth it. the wormwood! going up to his room! being indignant! i just kept on going 'aw.'
