a tranquilizer?? a bit over-kill? wouldn't just like... an over the counter sleeping pill do the trick?

i don't have an over-counter sleeping pill. tranquilizers are prescribed por moi in anticipation of situations like this and have a rather mild effect, actually, which wears off in two or three hours. also, they're not addictive at all, which isn't true of a lot of sleeping pills.
