tía maría does have things in common with kahlúa (or does the accent on u go the other way?), but it's distinctly dusty-tasting. or rather, it leaves a dusty after-smell, the ugly cousin of the aftertaste. it's not as sweet. do not mix it with milk if you're out of kahlua. no. do not.
does anyone have the hang of swallowing with your nose pinched shut?
wow, a few recs for good omens slash and you stumble into a veritable sea of it. it's like chasing a baseball over a fence and landing in one of those room-sized hip-deep ballpits.
not that i'm against those. they're great fun. would love to tackle wax in one. mmm...
where was i? oh.
haven't read a great deal (of good omens slash, that is), but have three (or was it four?) recs. torch is the best of the early lot. people, please don't forget your humor with this fandom. please. ::pained look::
p.s. can anyone confirm with definitiveness the ingredients of the white russian?

milk can't handle kahlua; it needs good sweet cream. the milk is too thin for it.
