pink/xtina angstyfic ideas!

hey, got another idea.

i need to listen carefully to the rest of pink's album. i think there was something else that could apply. 'oh my god,' for instance. 'walk away' (omgwtf, she has one called that too elfiepike! holy fucking mother of fuck. eek.)

and i thought of something else. was listening to mix cd in car. 'as cool as i am,' by dar williams. i think it gave me insight to pink's pov on this whole thing. she really WAS trying to be cool, like, for herself, for christina. there really WAS faking, and trying too hard. which could help christina's sort of wrong idea.

I think it's supposed tobe "You tried to make me doubt, to make me guess, tried to make me feel like a little less" (according to my own ears and the lyrics archive here). It's a minor point, I confess :P

you know, the lyrics i looked up say 'doubt' too, but it REALLY sounds like 'down' in the live version? i can't remember it the other way.
