saturday morning emergency cram review session for the ib history exam the weekend before graduation. finished early and my favorite teacher took us into the school basement on saturday morning. it's full of dust and defunct furniture and the ghost of a swimming pool from the 60s and hasn't been cleaned in decades. isn't used anymore except for one little bit for target practice for rotc. there were no lights--it was a journey in the dark indeed. v/ good bonding experience for the class.

i'm not sure of my feelings about weddings. on the one hand, i'm not against the ceremonialization of bonds, and certainly it's useful in the civil sense, but i don't like it from a religion and tradition viewpoint. and i'm not sure about the whole white princess dress thing. i'll probably have some kind of pagan ceremony, even though i'm atheist and not pagan. or maybe something with reading poetry? and i'll probably wear red.
