cimoreneum, i have to have written proof of housing arrangements in finland to get a residence permit. so that means... that what, we have to actually GET the apartment and they have to send a letter and then i have to send THAT to the embassy? and it's supposed to all take 8-12 weeks. they haven't left me enough time.
