in other news, i'm trying to figure out the logisitics of getting perry to finland.  i was originally planning to have him brought along later, but it seems like it might only be practical if he flies with me.  yikes.  anyone got international flying-with-dogs experience?  dogs who won't fit under the seat?

I don't know about international flying, but we recently had our new puppy flown to Cincinnati from Colorado without a hitch. They stick them in the luggage compartment, I guess, and I know they won't fly animals unless the temperature is going to be under 80F for the entire trip.

Not much help, but, he did get here alive and healthy, and not too scared, if that's what you're worried about.
