Could you show me where I said that? Since everyone else knows what I mean better than I do, I'm sure you'll be able to come up with a good rebuttal. Quite frankly, however, I'm a little tired of everyone with a bone to pick about rape choosing to pick it with me. I've already gotten one castration threat and about ten ad hominem attacks. I'd really like to just let it drop.

PS: For what it's worth, I DID appreciate cim's response. It was actually refreshing to be replied to by someone who didn't just assume that I should agree with her and who actually provided a counterargument, despite what I see as a misunderstanding of my original points. However, you may have noticed that I've dealt with a herd of angry women over that thread (which was originally friends-only anyway) and I'd really just rather that everyone let it drop. If you all want to think I'm a sexist pig with no regard for the suffering of rape survivors, go ahead. You're wrong, but it's an opinion you're entitled to. Just please, for my sake, talk amongst yourselves and don't subject me to further pointless argument (because that's 95% of what's going on).
