another solution - bake something that does not require milk - lots of biscuit recipes do not need milk!!

that's not true. milk is like the universal constant of biscuits. i spent some time looking.

not the biscuits i make!!! i have many many biscuits without milk. it is very possible.

and even if the recipe calls for milk most biscuits work just as well if you leave it out.

unless, you know, they're milk biscuits...
