kitchen gadgets, how i miss thee

in finland, kitchen gadgets like garlic presses, corkscrews that do the work for you, and those no-sharp-edges can openers are unheard of. or maybe that's just wax.

i can't get the cork out of the wine bottle. it's sitting on the table with the corkscrew on it like a little hat. :fume:

Well, we have all of those gadgets in Germany...so you probably just should go shopping :)

i guess i can't count on wax to have all the kitchen gadgets i want, especially as left to herself, i think she'd eat yogurt, ham sandwiches and semolina porridge all the time.
