opera: responds to page-down the same regardless of how big the text is. if you blow it up three times, then hit page down, you miss a paragraph.

mozilla: doesn't make you miss anything. leaves a line or two of overlap regardless of text size.

opera: page magnification with + and - on the number pad.

mozilla: page magnification with ctrl plus the abovementioned.

yeah soooo i installed firefox on wax's computer so that i'd be able to check my email when she's asleep. and spent a long time updating. there are extensions for 1.0 that i don't have on my computer. but firesomething doesn't work with it. i don't know if i should upgrade. :/

i upgraded and then was very sad that firesomething hasn't been upgraded too.

the person who made it should hurry up and make a new one!!! it is my favourite thing!

Hey, *I* installed that firefox. You had it and then you deleted it, and then I installed it by myself. Let's have the facts out.

I've also installed thunderbird but for some stupid ass reason I can't get my waxjism.org email to work there. I'm baffled and hurt by this.

Also, what do you mean, you miss a paragraph? I always blow up text and use page down and I don't miss any paragraphs. Maybe there was a bug in the page you used for comparison. I think opera is a little more sensitive to certain html issues. Firefox seems to work more like Explorer.

No, I don't. I installed it in the default location as I'm sure you did too, and thus it just wrote over it. You could have just looked in the menu and seen it there, all iconous and pretty. And also I told you about it. Probably when you weren't paying attention.

i thought i remembered you telling me about it, but in fact, when i opened your full list of programs, it wasn't there. it is now, right above mozilla thunderwhatsit. so i repeat: if you installed it before it must be there twice now, because it was clearly in a different place--unless you just installed it without shortcuts.

I only installed a shortcut in the toolbar, which is what I use. And there it is, right where I put it.

You so did not. It's exactly where I put it. There's no way you've sussed out my system and moved shit around so it all works out. And I know what I did! Don't try to twist my thoughts around! ::flails::
