i don't dislike counting crows. they're sort of alright. but they're sort of, eh, overstylized. it's hard to explain. they're trying really hard to be what they are. and they think they're cool, i imagine--this was initially my problem with matchbox 20. yeah, they're catchy, but--.

in other news, spent about half an hour chasing around outside looking for the storage dudes. since they said they would be at my dorm and the one next door at a certain time today, i didn't worry about any more details. my dorm isn't that big--i figured i'd be able to find them.

but no. god alone knows where they were. i left a message, and if the little fuckers don't come tomorrow they can carry my fucking footlocker down the stairs themselves.

why, yes, i'm pissed.

and i haven't started writing up linguistics--am tabulating data still (*snore*).
