kicking the cracks

there's a little spot on the picture frame on my desk, and it won't rub off.

that's really been bothering me. it looks like i dripped, i don't know, a drink on it or something, or a little bit of glue or wax, or, i don't know. but it won't come off. now there's a fingerprint as well.

aim's been staving off my advances successfully for hours. damn tease.

i could probably do some laundry this week. i know it's a weird thought, but just, you know, given the fact that i don't have any clean clothes. ::contemplates::

the change for change people came last night and asked if i had any change. it's kind of sad to not have change, you know (well, except for a roll of quarters for laundry, but i need those)? makes me feel poorer than i am. but really, you know, checkbooks and debit cards are awfully convenient things. well, checkbooks not as much, but the little record for spending money in them, and for when you have to pay the phone bill--when i'm god (put it this way), they won't cease to exist.

dreamt about cuddlepint last night, only i don't remember exactly what about her. hm. awww, my puppy.

dragged my suitcase out and started stuffing stuff into it. mom's books, some christmas presents already purchased, dress shoes. wow, my room is a mess.

the goddamned network is down! but i finished my writing and i want to play! certain daddies will no doubt be relieved to know that i have already eaten oatmeal, and i am going to eat again in the cafeteria. i am smart. yes. oh, and i need to email some novel pages to them, don't i. yes again! brilliancy, i tell you!

hm. oatmeal with evaporated milk, cinnamon and white sugar is better than you might expect.
