the pathetic squealing is about delany. dude, i <3 this guy more than imaginable. he is so cool. his novels reduce me to quivering admiration. and he's so much better that i don't feel any envy, even. dammit, he wrote like this in college, so it's not like i might grow into it. he is def. smarter than me. one of the most brilliant geniuses to ever hit the world of sf. triton and the einstein intersection and babel-17. also dhalgren, which i have not yet read. many more books. i don't have time to read for pleasure. *whine*
<--can't not love a jovial gay black man who resembles a black santa claus dressed in black leather. i just want to see him sing "jingle bell rock" and my life will be complete. actually, just seeing him at all would be pretty fucking awesome.
