i've been to the mall out of the necessity of cheering up the cuddlepint, who was preparing for a birthday party today. we went through a toystore and two shoe stores before at claire's she stumbled across a purchase--not an accessory, oh no, accessory store identity aside! it's a leopard-print bear which daddy diplomatically is sure gabby will love. they're having an 80% redlines sale at express, so i bought a pair of tailored wool pants for $11 and a velvet-flocked black lace flounced skirt for $14. yes, it was charming.

and wax_jism, i got you a pair of tiny silver hoops, hinged, and with no bad pointy parts anywhere. i'll send them soon. ::kisssssssssss::

took mommy. i owe her $36 for a skirt (brown cord, ankle length), pants (black cord), a jacket (pink velour), and a vest (brown brocade). all very cute. the rest of the money spent was hers, and she got a lot more things than that, including the loveliest transparent diaphonous striped blouse. if i had a wedding (ahahahah) that would be what she would wear to it. now it's time to fall over and sleep! until 7:00, when we're due to eat dinner with my #1 gay boy, who's been jilted. can you believe? you've only collected two couples, and what does your book artist do but up and leave your kindergarten teacher! i call it cruel. also i'm afraid it will be very touching and he'll be all miserable. i hear there'll be four more people, though, so perhaps they'll distract him. oh look... a puppy.
