nothing can justify to me buying a swimsuit for $80 that you're not quite happy with that doesn't fit. ::snarl::
i would like to hereby renounce swimsuits. can i swim in my underwear? or, like. not go to the beach?
mom bought one of those 'better homes and gardens special pub.: kids' rooms' thing because lillian's is supposed to be redecorated soon. uhHUH. the only good idea in the damned thing was the cover photograph.

good job with the trim. it's nailed up good and tight. unfortunately the door is hung so that it never closes on the first try. this might not be a problem except that the hall is awfully long and we often have one or more small furry decorative household accoutrements* (tm) waiting next to it to dart out into the Forbidden Areas of the house. i'm anxious to look on this as charitably as possible, of course, so perhaps you can explain, just to put my mind at rest, why the fuck it's so difficult to put up a door so that it will close when it was already closing just fine?

*two feline and one canine, natch. you might have noticed them around. they're about ankle-high and calf-high respectively.

4 Mar 2003 09:25 pmi didn't find the webcam or my parents' digital camera, but it so happens that my mom bought me a medium-expensive camera (like $60 or something) in the early 90s at one of my birthdays, and a few years ago borrowed and broke it so that she owed me one. i got the cutest little round fujifilm sucker that turned out to have that super-expensive drop-in film. after two exchanges, i've got one about the size of a credit card but thicker which is a teeny tiny webcam/digicam with the teeny tiniest little stand. and also a black bandeau/shorts bikini that i have to pay her back for.
