+ i e-mailed the stalwart ms. henriksson again. after all the idiocy we've been through together, hers or not, i am starting to regard her as a sort of comrade. i said i just wanted to make sure the exam got graded, since when i took it, i wasn't on the ELIGIBLE TO TAKE EXAM list.

+ from abo's FAQ, the exam results will be mailed to all applicants in May (at the earliest), June or July (depending on dates of entrance examinations and so on). The decision will be published on the internet on 23.7.2004 (please indicate on the application form whether or not you want your name to be published on the internet). i have no memory of indicating any such thing, so i guess that i need to send her my real (current) snail mail address too. two e-mails in one day more or less irritating than two e-mails on successive days? hmmm.

+ i can't wait till all this is over, and i can stop checking my amherst e-mail for good. i hate outlook express on the web.

+ the baby was born one day after i left. i missed it by one day! clearly i shall have to rely on someone who isn't scared of babies for my information, too, but the only possible source of that is [livejournal.com profile] mece, who is all too rarely online. i hear from my beloved that it's pink and wrinkled and "everybody says" it's quite good for a baby. >.> uh-huh.

i am skeptical about ordering bras on the internet, because it seems like you ALWAYS have to try them on. but i don't know, maybe if you gave them your exact measurements in this many dimensions, they could actually do it. it looks good for people with uneven boobs too, heh. and they actually seem to be somewhat cheaper than the bras [livejournal.com profile] wax_jism bought in turku last week. or at least, comparable. i don't know what kind of web surfing [livejournal.com profile] guinevere33 does, for the record, and the link is hers. are bras a hobby or what? (p.s.: damn every country that doesn't have a victoria's secret for said lack. just watch me buy kids' underwear in europe... .) anyway, snares of venus is a custom-made bra/corset site. (corsets. o.0 ???)

one more thing. if you're AAA, which may well be what i am--you really don't need a bra. i mean, your boobs don't even bounce if you jump. at worst you need band-aids. hm. maybe you really like sweaters or something.

i still miss my better half, and i'm dead tired, but work did help shoe-horn me back into my Real Name self. and i came out to one of my two close work friends (their names are sherman and melissa). he doesn't have a problem with it. (i knew he wouldn't.)

miranda thinks she can do something with my hair, which my better half can attest is at that hideous, swamp-thing sort of stage. i'm going to have daddy snail mail my hair gel.
