it was south river miso's that we all became addicted to, and used up extremely fast, and they don't ship after april or may until september (because miso is a live culture, and could explode the jars when they got warm en route). we are all desperate.
this miso is so good. hot and garlicky and peppery, a little reminiscent of salsa, a little sweet, extremely salty and completely addictive.
