garlic red pepper miso!

finally great eastern sun got their turkish red pepper paste back in stock, so we will be able to order some and make our own garlic red pepper miso!

it was south river miso's that we all became addicted to, and used up extremely fast, and they don't ship after april or may until september (because miso is a live culture, and could explode the jars when they got warm en route). we are all desperate.

this miso is so good. hot and garlicky and peppery, a little reminiscent of salsa, a little sweet, extremely salty and completely addictive.
