a wee swedish lesson by way of procrastination when i should be getting ready to leave for swedish

so, technically, in order to walk to school, i have to get out of the chair and put on my outergarments* and actually leave the flat.  but lily's so happy on my lap--she thought she was going to get a whole day of snuggling again.  however, there shall be no skipping.  it's not allowed.  we have a test** today.  and i've really never skipped except that one time that i slept*** through it.

if i had six eggs i could make a triple batch of toll house cookies.

i'm just sayin'.

last night i had a nightmare.  i was at home, and it was near the end of summer, and i knew i was going to have to apply to college all over again, and i knew that wherever i went, i'd crash and burn spectacularly, because i'm just not equipped to live by myself.  i evaluated all my relatives for suitability of living-with, but the colleges near them were pretty bad, except for grandpa and debby's, but i don't know if i could stand to live with them.  i mean, i like them and all, but they're so... old.  and into taking hikes. 

so anyway, then i remembered that i could live with hollsk and became so happy as to invite my mom out for mexican food (that is, she would eat the food, and i'd just eat chips and salsa the whole time).
