(no subject)

i bought a diana wynne jones book in helsinki weeks ago and am glad i've been saving it. it's been so long since i've read anything this good. it's--luxurious.

a lot of boring rambling, just like a real paper journal!

so it's possible that not getting much sleep last night has affected me today. i'm feeling too fuzzy-brained to finish a complete thought, let alone add a complete sentence to the meantime fic. like for instance, i keep coming back to ( the original novel i haven't written. )

also, swedish!teacher ( really pissed me off. )

and don't you hate when your brain switches fannish enthusiasms so fast that whatever you were still in the middle of becomes like a block in the way of ( all the new ideas? )

so basically, in summary, today is the kind of day i need two episodes of csi to get over, but i probably won't have the energy for even one after my homework.

wax cleverly cut her own hand off with a knife covered in days-old salsa and bits of congealed semolina porridge to get out of doing the dishes.  they took me almost half an hour.  and she didn't even faint, and can still type.

why didn't i think of that first?
