- Right now what I want more than anything is one of those beanbags that you heat in the microwave and drape around your neck. My neck has been so stiff in the last few weeks that these little stabbing arrows of twingey numbness go up my spine to my scalp and down my spine almost to to the small of my back rather frequently when I turn my head or even just stand up. The sorts of neck stretches and shoulder stretches that I do do several times a day don't seem to work, possibly cause I'm doin it rong or just because I don't do it enough. I'd buy one tomorrow if I knew where you COULD buy them. I haven't been able to find any electric heating pads either, here, only hot water bottles (how... 1970s) and electric blankets (how... 'let's burn down the house okay'). Some variation of sisu? - A while ago I was thinking I should go back and cap the scenes I haven't before from Singin' in the Rain, and then I thought, okay well, which ones are those? And then I realised all the ones I was thinking of... actually weren't from the movie at all but from the fanfic I wrote six years ago.
- I saw a woman walk by on the street at midnight carrying either a violin or a machine gun. But considering we live close to the symphony hall, it was probably a violin.
