The two original lavender ones did not become soft enough to wear with conditioning, but I guess they can count as practice. I've made two since then that are nice and wearable, but in both cases the bottom ribbing is a little too narrow, I think. Making it longer would quash the tendency to ride up.



My ring splints arrived today, which was incredibly fast, and I've already tried them out for an hour or so! They work pretty well, and it's a very good thing they are designed in a figure-8 wrapped design that makes them adjustable because I have a feeling a standard one would never fit. I have very large knuckles in comparison to the finger, and the thumb is particularly severe. It's no problem at all for this design though.
