aeslis went right for the million dollar question yesterday:

aes: who DO you think would top?

and, well, on reflection i decided this was too vital a conversation to lose in the sands of time, so i have preserved it.

cim: mmm, well, i tend to assume they, like all people who seem to be battling for dominance in canon, would battle for dominance in bed, too. or, when not battling, switch off somewhat.
aes: i see. that does make sense.
aes: it does seem like neither one of those two would be satisfied with second best XD
cim: but even couples who switch tend to have a slight preference one way or the other, i think... maybe akira slightly prefers to top from the bottom.
cim: he's really intense, possibly even more so than hikaru, in the moment. but at the same time, he seems to get a really intense thrill from playing hard to get.
aes: ahh agreed. and i think once hikaru actually wins he doesn't quite know what to do. XD he's not quite experienced enough!
(bookshop's comment: YES YES YES. hikaru's all about the chase, and Touya is all about holding back. they'd have, like... 5 hours of foreplay daily.)

cim: yeah, he's the kind of guy who tends to go :O and get struck speechless by things.
aes: AHAHAHAH! yes, i remember XD
cim: so i think that, for instance, catching akira and wrestling him into bed would produce an :O moment and then he'd forget what to do. akira would end up taking charge!
