perhael. the commentary is in chatlogs that i am too lazy to dig it out of, but it's possible somebody would be interested in the 54 caps from the rikkai semifinal arc i uploaded. they are in a gallery here, all in order and titled with episode number.
why isn't there more inui/yanagi in the world? it's not like it's some totally obscure pairing like kajimoto/wakato or anything, since inui is one of the seigaku regulars. and look at their bittersweet nostalgia and inui's obsession and baby yanagi's heartbreaking angst! come on, world. help a sister out.
also last night, i sat down intending to start this futurefic i have been thinking about for some time in which tezuka is angsty, and ryoma really isn't, and there is probably smut. it's part of an ongoing conversation i've had with various people about tezuryo smut, and why there isn't more of it, and what it should be like, and why it is kind of hard to write it, sometimes. the first time i tried to address this problem i came up with "waiting is", which was much less explicit than i intended for it to be, so my next move was obviously to try ryoma point of view. anyway, that fic didn't happen. instead i ended up writing the beginning of a ficlet about the band of princes' american tour. we'll see how that goes.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the Data Pair. BUT it seems like a lot of people are, so maybe...fic will come from them? There really isn't a heck of a lot of fic out there with Yanagi in general, so...:/
