professor surprise and the planned fieldtrip

in class this morning i drew (most of) a little cartoon about a typically lovely adventure in Professor Surprise's class yesterday which doesn't even touch on her failure to fully grasp the difference between "qualitative" and "quantitative". it's pretty wide because i couldn't shrink it without making the voicebubbles illegible. so. oh, and also, the dialogue has been changed to make it more funny.

oooh the fabulousness of professors. please, cim, go to the lecture you won't understand and ask the speaker to, you know, repeat the important things in english just for you.

ME: Excuse me, but that part there you were just saying, you were speaking with what seemed like a bit more emphasis so I wondered if it was especially important.
SPEAKER: That? Oh, that was just a little anecdote about my Australian adventures in learning Norwegian and Armenian. Not really.
ME: Okay, nevermind. Carry on then.
