at least I speak the lingo if I have to be stuck alone in Stockholm overnight

Okay so I have to fly out of Stockholm Sunday morning, but Wax has nixed our ferry-riding plans so I'm going to be there alone, and I can't get there with any flight or boat early enough to make the 10 am connection. Which means I have to be in Sweden overnight Saturday night. Wax has friends in Stockholm but one of them is sick and one of them is going to a wedding, so like... :? GAH.

Wax's cousins, both of whom I have met and get along well with, live in Uppsala and Stockholm respectively, but even though they're, like, young adults with whom she has always got on well, she doesn't even have their phone numbers. "They're just in Sweden," I said, "Can't you send a text message?" But she can't. Arg. :|

If I hadn't wasted my money already I'd come down and have dinner with you. Is there no way at all to get a hold of the cousins?

We still have hope! Wax emailed their mom. She doesn't have their actual addresses, but if their mom is home and everything it could happen.

I'll be back in Sweden on Sunday the 26th, just from the morning until early evening. It's possible wax will come there to chill for the day, depending on her work schedule. But anyway, I'm sure we'll eventually manage some other time when I'm not on the way someplace else. And with a bit of advance warning!

Oh, damn. I'll be on the Saturday evening ferry but I can't make the morning one! I think. Wait, I could. If I came straight from work. But it's not like I have a place to stay in Stockholm either. :/

too late, she bought a plane ticket instead because all of the cabins were used up and she was like THAT JUST AIN'T RIGHT. still, it would be cool to hang in stockholm together, but you'd still not get there until like 6 pm!
