See, I like tabbouleh so strong it makes my *face* tingle. I actually turn red! But I'm still not sure if that's the allspice or something else, I need to experiment.

I like a strong lemon and garlic flavour and a much more mild one of allspice, with a liberal infusion of tomatoes to offset the sour.
