I posted a little Poirot picspam in the tiny Poirot community I found here. In retrospect perhaps I ought to've posted it here and linked it there, I suppose. Ah, well. Hindsight is 20/20, as they say.

And if you don't feel like clicking but you're interested in screencaps, I've capped all ten seasons, although not with the same degree of enthusiasm for each episode, to a total of a bit over 1700 images, which can all be found neatly organised by episode in my gallery here. My philosophy of screencaps is that even if anyone didn't make them anyone could have, so feel free to save and distribute and use them as you see fit, in the unlikely eventuality that you are in need of them. Please don't feel you need to ask, comment, or give any sort of credit for the delightful-to-my-OCD-soul pleasure of making and organising them.

I shall probably be posting some more picspams later now that my enabler [livejournal.com profile] perhael has reappeared to encourage me.

That is such an incredibly cute picspam. Makes me want to make icons. I'll probably be too lethargic to follow up with that plan, but I feel like I should try anyway. Tiny fandoms need more support.

It's a bit frustrating because the quality of the images is low and the colors are so poor. Re-colouring the older files to show up in icons takes a lot of work when everything is essentially various shades of mud. :/

I know! I used to try to make Jeeves & Wooster icons and had pretty much the same problem. I think at least some of the episodes I had had to be vhs-rips.

Then again, I've been on a videogame + anime kick again and staring at pictorial evidence of that for too long makes me want to retreat to the safety of mud-coloured tv. :S

Maybe it would save time to just desaturate it and hand-colour everything. :p

Okay, you've finally sparked my interest. ;) I'm totally going to start watching tonight. (Or at least downloading. @_@)

I am really going to start watching this and commenting away, because Agatha Christie's books have been one of the loves of my life for nearly twenty years now, and Poirot is one of my absolute favourite fictional characters.
