Wax talks about having an imaginary punk or emo band. What instruments we would play often changes, but I would write the lyrics with a magnetic poetry kit. We were talking about how she wishes she could be as hot/cool as LynZ yesterday and I was mocking her for having an icon that's 3 billion times more kickass than she is and this first portrait of Wax as LynZ happened. Mine was a spinoff.









Of course, the animals should probably be in the band too, but I wasn't sure how to draw the Crazy playing the drums.

ahaha! those are fantastic. i'm pretty sure a cat plays the drums in the aristocats, but i can't recall now if they did it by somehow holding onto drumsticks or if they were hitting the drums directly with their paws.

upon rewatching the scene, it turns out that while cats can apparently be expected to reasonably play the piano, trumpet, accordian, etc--there are no drummer cats. ahahhaha.
