Writing update! I stayed up till 3, determined not to fail at commentfic again, and managed to finish one and cram it into 4 comments! If your brain is less resistant to the concept of Kink Meme style Batman/Gordon pwp than mine is (I mean, in theory I don't have a problem with it; I think I just have a hard time convincing myself well enough to write it. Deep down I prefer smarm. Lots of smarmy manly awkward bff smarm, possibly very silly or possibly ridiculously srs)... anyway, if you're so inclined you can gawk at the results of my labour here, but only if you've already seen The Dark Knight, because spoilery commentfic is spoilery! Meanwhile, my second attempt that had... totally passed the comment limit without coming anywhere near the prompt looks like it will fit in quite well with my first (5-comment) attempt, if I write a couple of scenes in between. The file is about 5 pages already, which is small only if you don't consider that it was all meant to be one comment.

I loved the first fic in particular. It was both sweet and clever, in the best possible way. You should definitely stitch the pieces together into a longer fic, it would be made of pure concentrated awesome. <3

No no, the 4/4 piece isn't part of the unfinished piece; it's separate. I wrote another page and a half in between when i first tried to start over, and ended up not posting it anywhere, just sticking in the file on my hd, because it was still nowhere near sex of any kind.
