She doesn't really look bored, more... slightly devious. Like she's thinking, "And after I've taken over the world, over there is where the slaves will build my giant kitty bed emporium."

No, kitty deviousness comes with all kinds of body language, twitching and... alertness. She's vague and a little distracted, maybe looking or listening for something off to the side, or thinking about plopping back down on the ground and walking off in that direction but hasn't completely made up her mind yet.
