The first one must be from an ESL speaker. ''Equipe'' is french for team. Although the giving articles to proper names seems more Spanish…?

And I don't know what to make of cathing Tony. O.o

it was really more the beginning, "tony'past cath him" that tripped me up and made the rest of it even more hilarious. (i'm guessing: tony's past catches him?)

I'm pretty sure it's meant to be catch! But uh, with doctors and nurses, cath is short for catheterize.
