I had this chapter planned as Huge, but i decided to break it into two. And i have an idea for another story that I think I'll start when I get to chapter 20 with this one. [Is she kidding? I really can't tell.]

Oh god. I love #3 so much I almost want to try and read it.

That's usually how much I want to read them on the basis of summary too! But, speaking as someone who has frequently given into the impulse... although the experience is often hilarious, it only lives up to the summary's promise about 10% of the time. But take for granted that there's another 10% when it's even more hilarious in some bizarre way that you would never, in a million years, have come up with on your own - for example, the bandom story I refer to as Immortal Waycestuous Assbaby Snake Frank because the one dude is the - in the words of the badthor - "immortal Naga love child" (Naga being a magical snake who can turn into a human. or something?) of Mikey and Gerard (both male... and brothers). Or the other bandom one where a dude is turned into a vampire (As Foretold in Prophecy) by being bitten by his predestined vampire soulmate at the moment of orgasm, or the one where the one dude is a pedophile who tries to seduce the other dude (who is magically a 12-yo) via the Internet, but falls in love with him and commits suicide instead. Or of course, what I call the Sweat Nymph, the story where Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan visit a planet on which all life is extinct, and they're sweating because it's hot, and two drops of sweat from each of them mingle in midair and turn into a fairy named the Giver of Life who tells them that they need to have sex to save the world, and they do and the entire planet suffers a massive earthquake and breaks out in grass and flowers everywhere all at once.

Dear lord! I don't know which summary made me laugh the most, there, but that very last one is so amazing you simply have to wonder what the inside of the author's mind might look like.

And here I was thinking that artists were crazy; fanfiction authors beat most of them any day. I say most, because I'm not sure it's possible for anything to out-crazy that one artist who genuinely believes that she's actually a dragon, and writes fantastic poetry in "Dragon-speak" which consists mostly of strange growling noises. Anyone who makes even the slightest suggestion that she might be taking things a little too far is risking provoking her dragon rage!

I think Victoria Bitter at one time had that out-crazied, but it is definitely a pretty rare brand of speshul snowflake.
