My mom got it for $5 at a thrift store. It's a minidress made (unfortunately a bit ineptly) out of a silk sari covered in an allover pattern of flowers and vines made out of sequins and seed beads with beaded fringe. It needs some (no doubt incredibly time-consuming) alteration, though.
