5. Summary: Sherlock gradually wakes in a hospital, a bit out of sorts and the sound of his brother soothes him? Maybe? Not sure about that.

I had to nominate that one for two reasons: 1) obviously, a writer should know what her character's are feeling, and 2) um... what kind of sound is he making?
