Daddy to Cim: a pun on jack russell? I described a dog in a story and I want to put a breed name to it.

Cim to Daddy: Oh, lol! Your phrasing made me think you were setting up a joke on purpose!

Um... dachshunds come in a red variant. So do pomeranians, the ones that look like little puffballs. My favorite, though, would be a miniature pinscher, I guess.
