Date: 1 Mar 2011 04:19 pm (UTC)Specifically, my friend J makes a flourless, chocolate cake for Passover -- made with Amaretti di Saronno. She doesn't put on the glaze, so as to keep it dairy-free, but serves it with delicious raspberry puree. IT IS THE BEST.
