2. fantasy and sf, as a genre, thinks it is better than everyone else mostly in self-defense, even though it is correct.

Pomegranates are red with smooth skin, kind of the size of a grapefruit. They're white on the inside, with blackish-brown seeds.

Okay, I can't seemt o find any photos. But here (http://www.art.com/asp/sp-asp/_/NV--235_F23_A1739/PD--10016078/SZ--2/posters.htm) are a few illustrations.

They're pinkish. And the skin is very thick and leathery. It's round, but not smooth, really bumpy. Inside there's a white flesh, which is sort of like the stuff between the peel and the fruit of an orange, except all through the center. it's weblike though, and there are small red seeds nestled inside. Really red. And juicy. They stain everything they touch.
