...that if you want to read something enough and somebody else hasn't written it, you eventually start wanting to write it.

Writer's block and associated problems like it aside, that's still a waste if nobody else wants to read it. In this case, where I feel moved to write simultaneously cracky and emotionally intense This Old House RPS, I am sure that Wax would read it but I wouldn't describe her feelings in that sort of situation as wanting to read it. I mean, she'd probably enjoy it, but it's mostly loyalty. Then I guess you can always count on like, 2 random anons and 1 wildcard person who appears out of nowhere and says they liked it, but still, that's pretty much wasted effort that could be better spent on a less crack-addled idea.

On the very very sad but potentially useful hand, though, I have nearly run out of online episodes of This Old House, so presumably when I have to stop watching the desire to read will abate too. Although then I can start watching Ask This Old House...

it's like with cooking, for me. even if it's a batch just all to myself, and my beta is my ex/then/currAnt bestie who didn't approach it from the cookie giver reader's stand point, well. i still eat it up, and love it. :) even if i only read my stuff once every seven years.

biblical reference: i suggest you learn swedish by getting a swede bible, reading the four gospels, then sirach which is meant to represent wisdom, or the holy and great spirit as a woman, before jesus got physical. if any, no offense meant. i just had to say i lvoe you. typo intended. atheistical you may be, god makes no types.

Ahh. I see. I find I tag all coding as part of learning each multiple language, basic html, flash, etc. I don't know. I wish I'd been allowed to go online in 1998 like I'd wanted to, but as you know, my parents are abusive. That's why at 31 I say I live alone, with my two kids (my cockatiels, son Screech, daughter Puff) and my mother lives with us.

Tangential, seeming. But I am getting closer than ever to my roots of learning Cebuano, Bisaya, Tagalog, Filipino. Not so much the Waray waray of my intent and desire, and Chabacan that my grandmother who just un-dis-owned me (thank goodness!) really ought to do so before our deaths.

But I am heavily invested in my Spanish, still. Hope you are, too. And my Swedish neighbor is incredible. Incredibly scary, too. Ha ha. But we only converse in American Standard English.

Every thing here is getting scary, rape culture, etc. It helps me to know my love of languages is serviceable, although I will not go for my Romance Languages that I dreamt of Junior year, in high school.

I'm so scared, Cim. I narrowed down my two options on which college to pursue, UC Santa Barbara or UC Santa Cruz. If I don't make both, I think I'll die.

A creepy old man from the church I used to attend was really intent on calling me Katinka (possibly Swedish. maybe German, comic book character) and he always liked to pat me and talk about his Filipina care takers (where I went, and where I go, churching is always kind of ritzy, ugh. And as you well know, I am brown) so it's really gross. But "Katinka" as a name is kind of cool, I guess. A couple of Russian friends call me Katya.

I'm just saying, I hope you have a marvelous evening, Miz Mrs. Cim. Also, I found your pictures the other day. Hope when you are not that busy you give me a chance to send you atleast a post card. Lovya.
